Since most features on MEGASCORES™ are free and require no payment, cancellation typically applies only to premium add-ons or subscriptions, if and when they are introduced.

1. Free Services

All core features of MEGASCORES™—including sports engagement, creator interactions, browsing, polls, quizzes, chatrooms, UGC viewing, and non-monetary fan experiences—are free to use.
Because these features do not involve payments or commitments, no cancellation is required for regular platform use.

2. Cancellable Services

If MEGASCORES™ provides optional premium features (such as creator packs, fan subscriptions, digital collectibles, exclusive content access, or power-engagement tools), users may cancel them subject to the terms mentioned below.

Cancellable items may include:

Monthly or annual subscriptions

Content access passes

Creator or fan premium packs

Auto-renewable upgrades

Paid digital collectibles

Each paid product will clearly display its cancellation terms before purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellation

For recurring subscriptions:

Users may cancel at any time through their account settings or by contacting support

Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle

Already-processed payments cannot be reversed

Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period

No partial, mid-cycle, or pro-rated refunds will be issued unless required by law

4. One-time Purchases

Digital products such as collectibles, unlock tokens, or content packs are delivered instantly and cannot be cancelled once accessed, viewed, or downloaded, as they are non-returnable digital goods.

5. Incorrect or Unauthorized Purchases

If a user believes a purchase was:

Accidental

Duplicated

Unauthorized

Caused by a technical error

They may contact support within 48 hours for review. MEGAVERZ will investigate and decide whether the cancellation or reversal is applicable.

6. Policy Changes

MEGAVERZ PVT LTD may update this Cancellation Policy based on new features, legal requirements, or changes in subscription models. Updated versions will reflect a new “Last Updated” date.
